Fibreblast Smoothie

This smoothie is jam packed with pretty much all your dietary needs: minerals, unsaturated fats, fibre, protein, vitamins and complex carbohydrates. You could have this on its own for brekkie as it's calorie dense but I personally never feel full for long when its on its own. You can't really get much easier than this, it's simply a matter of blitzing everything together and serving.

Serves 2


1 banana, sliced

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I like pure whey protein:

1 tbsp. chia seeds

1 tbsp. ground flax seeds

Juice of 4 oranges

250g frozen berries

50g fresh blueberries or raspberries

Handful baby spinach leaves
